A lightened up, oil-free version of the very loved hummus dip!
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. If needing more liquid, add more reserved liquid from canned chick peas. Taste and season as desired. Enjoy!
*Note: I used reserved liquid from canned chickpeas as needed for a smooth consistency (about 1/4 cup), use either that or water.
