Protein PB Apple Parfait
PB yogurt mixture
-1 cup greek yogurt
-1/4 cup apple, chopped
-1 scoop protein powder
-2T peanut flour
-1tsp vanilla extract
-Sweetener to taste
Other: Round fresh apple slices, round freeze-dried apple slices
Directions: Mix all yogurt ingredients together. Layer yogurt, fresh apple slices, and dried apple slices in jar or glass. Enjoy cold.
