A healthy cookie made with your typical breakfast oatmeal, healthy enough for breakfast yet satisfying for dessert!
-1/2 cup oats
-1/2 cup almond milk
-1T cocoa powder
-1T peanut flour
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 packet stevia (or more as needed)
Combine all ingredients and allow to refrigerate overnight. After sitting, scoop with spoon into balls and bake on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray, preheated to 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
