A great way to change up salmon that is refreshing and flavorful!
Wash the salmon fillets and then pat dry with a paper towel. Next rub the salmon with olive oil and sprinkle on the herbs, take one lemon and juice it over the fillets. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Have the other lemon sliced to squeeze juice over the fish one it is done baking. Serve with rice or your favorite veggies.
