Healthy and delicious muffins!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1/2cup + 1 tbsp coconut flour
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
the juice and zest of 2 lemons
1/3 cup honey
1/3 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp poppy seeds.

In 2 separate bowls mix the wet and dry ingredients then combine both mixtures. Put into muffin cases and bake at 170 degrees for around 20-25 minutes.
