Lemony Lemon Brownies

Moist, fluffly and finished with a lemony tart. Try not to eat them all at once!

² Ingredients

•  1 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites
•  0.125 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
•  1 oz yields Lemon
•  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Great Value Unsweetened Apple Sauce
•  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour
•  1 tsp Baking Soda
•  1 medium Egg
•  2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Bob's Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
•  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
•  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Market Pantry Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla
•  10 serving (serving = 1 packet) Pure Via Stevia
•  2 serving (serving = 1 container) Liberte Liberte Lemon Greek Yogurt
•  4 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Nutiva Coconut Manna

q Directions

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately (lemon zest is wet). Fold wet into dry ingredients. Grease 8x8 baking pan and pour mixture in. Let bake for 25 minutes. Let cool, mix icing together and spread on to only when the brownies are cooled! Try not to eat all of them in one sitting :)
