³ Description

Here's another fabulous low carb breakfast recipe for protein pancakes! I already have up a post on chocolate almond protein pancakes in the "breakfast" section on my site but, this recipe is especially for the people who aren't such big fans of chocolate for breakfast! The best thing about this recipe (beside the fact that it's quick and delicious) is that it's so simple that you more than likely already have all the ingredients on hand. I recommend adding a handful of crushed almonds.

² Ingredients

q Directions

1. Combine protein, egg whites, almond milk, sweetener and baking powder in a bowl and mix well

2. Pour half of the batter into a greased skillet and cook like pancakes on med heat until the batter begin to bubble (you would throw half of the crushed almonds in at this point if you're using them)

3. Flip pancake and cook other side

4. Remove from skillet, and make the last pancake the same way as the first

5. Place on a plate, top with olivio butter or sugar-free syrup and enjoy!
