Serves 1
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 banana
- 1/4 teaspoon maple extract
- Optional: sliced almonds

Blend all ingredients together, reserving half of the banana. Blend until smooth an creamy. Layer with the other half of the banana
