Great fall food that incorporates veggiessss!
First, blend 1/3 cup oats, 1/2 scoop Cellucor cinnamon swirl whey protein, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cardamom, 1/2 tsp cloves, and 1/2 tsp ginger. Once the oats are ground up and everything is basically a powder, add a handful of spinach, 2 egg whites, and 1/4 cup cottage cheese. Blend again. Then, cook on medium heat in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray for 3-4 minutes. Flip, and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Perfectly paired with caramelized apples (cook them in a pan with a splash of sugar free syrup and a dash of cinnamon), almond butter, and chopped pecans! Mmmm.
