Savory (and just a tad Sweet) Mini Donuts!
In a Bowl, combine (dry ingredients):
3/4 cup Brown Rice Flour
1/4t Baking Powder
1/8t Cinnamon
1/8t Nutmeg
Dash of Salt
1t Coconut Sugar (or sweetener of choice)
In a separate bowl, combine (wet):
1 Egg White
1/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2TB Maple Syrup
1/8t Coconut Oil
Mix Dry ingredients with wet (batter should be thick- will not drop off spoon easily)
Very lightly grease donut molds (Mini molds are about 1 inch in diameter). Fill half way with batter. Top with Chopped Ham pieces (3/4 of a deli slice)
Bake on 425 for 4-6 minutes (mini donuts)

For added sweetness & maple flavor, drizzle with syrup after removing from mold.
