Add some flavor to your Salmon

² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1 serving (85 g)) Baked or Broiled Salmon
  •  1/2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
  •  3 sprig Cilantro
  •  2 clove Garlic
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 pepper) Mt. Olive Roasted Red Peppers
   

q Directions

Bake Salmon on 400 degrees for about 25 minutes

Puree 1 Roasted Red Pepper, 1/2 Tomato, 2 Garlic Cloves and 2 TB Chopped Cilantro

Top Salmon with Puree and bake for another 10 minutes.

Finish with a quick broil for a crispier top

Sprinkle with Fresh Cilantro before serving with a side of Steamed Asparagus dashed with Fresh Cracked Pepper
