³ Description

May not be Red at all but would fool anyone in a blind taste test. Super delicious and moist because of the super secret ingredient--- Beets! Promise you can't taste any weirdness but it makes the cake super moist and delicious.

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

** blend all the following
- 1.5 cups oat flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
-1 can of beets drained and blended
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey or you can add more
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder and baking soda
- 8 packets of stevia
- 1/3 cup almond milk
** add almond milk at the end while blending
** bake at 350 for 30 min
***frosting is a mix of Greek yogurt and cream cheese with stevia
