In a Vitamix, grind 3/4C old fashioned oats & 2T whole flax seeds into a flour. Add 3 Scoops COR-fetti Whey, 2T Truvia, 1/4C (4T) Psyllium Husks, 1 Scoop Cococardio, 1/2t Baking Soda, 1t Baking Powder & pulse to mix. Set aside in a bowl. Blend 1 large Roasted Beet, 1 Banana, 1/2C (8T) Liquid Egg Whites, 1/4C Plain Greek Yogurt, 1t Pure Vanilla Extract until smooth. With a hand beater, slowly stir the wet ingredients into the dry. Spray a pan of choice with coconut oil. Bake @350 for 55 min.
