q Directions

3 scoops whey of choice (I used #cellucor peanut butter marshmallow), 3/4C old fashioned oats, 3T special dark cocoa powder, 1t baking soda, 1t baking powder, 2T granulated stevia, 4T coconut flour, 1/4C (1oz) shelled pistachios, 1/2C liquid egg whites, 3 overripe bananas, 1/4C cottage cheese. Blend dry ingredients in a #vitamix (add pistachios at the last pulse) and transfer to a large bowl. Blend wet ingredients then stir into dry. Spray a loaf pan with coconut oil and bake at 350 for 35-40mins
