  •  2 serving (serving = 1 1/2 scoops) Healthy 'N Fit 100% Whey Pro-Amino
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Yerba Prima Psyllium Whole Husks
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Organic 100% Whole Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Ground Cinnamon
  •  1/2 tsp Ginger (Ground)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Soda

PrOATein Gingerbread: 1/4C Hodgson Mill's Whole Wheat Gingerbread Mix, 1/2C Oat Four, 3 Scoops Whey of Choice, 1/4C (4T) Psyllium Husks, 2T Flaxmeal, 1t Cinnamon, 1/2t Ginger, 1t Baking Powder, 1/2t Baking Soda, 1/4C (2oz) Chobani, 1/2C (8T) Liquid Egg Whites, 3 bananas, 1/4C (4T) Starbucks Gingerbread Syrup, & Coconut Oil Spray. Blend dry ingredients & transfer to a large bowl. Blend wet ingredients & add to dry. Spray a tin w/Coconut Oil & bake at 350F for ~55mins.
