Recipe
-1c almond flour
-2Tbs coconut flour
-1/4-1/3c truvia
-2 eggs
-1/6c (37g) coconut oil, melted
-1.5oz sugar free chocolate chips (I used lily's brand)
-1tsp vanilla extract
1. Blend together truvia, eggs, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract
2. In a separate bowl mix together almond flour, coconut flour and chocolate chips
3. Mix in wet ingredients
4. Make 32 small mounds (~10g each) and bake for 15min at 350F
OR
4. Roll into a log and put in fridge until hardened, then slice and bake as needed
