Great way to add some complex flavor to fish, pork or chicken, plus a nice kick from a little bit of chili powder.
1. Chop mango and peaches and add to a medium saucepan. Add 3 tsp fresh grated ginger, 3 tbsp white wine, 1 tbsp honey, and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.
2. Cover and heat over low heat for 35-45 minutes, or until the chutney becomes sauce-like.
3. Mix in chili powder and Truvia and serve.
