³ Description

This is an extremely quick recipe that's very high in protein, extremely low in carbs and quite low in fats! I dare you to try this recipe and not eat it every day, go on, I dare you!!

² Ingredients

  •  150 g Chicken Breast
  •  1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
  •  100 ml Almond Milk
  •  20 g Peanut Butter
  •  1 clove Garlic
  •  1/4 pepper Hot Chili Pepper
  •  1 tsp Ginger
  •  2 serving 1 packet Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose)
   

q Directions

1. Fry onion and chicken breast on a medium heat until just cooked
2. While chicken an onion is cooking, mix up all other ingredients in a blender
3. When chicken is just cooked, add your sauce into the hot pan and bring to a boil, simmering to desired consistency
