1. Blend up your eggs
2. add the rest of the ingredients and blend up
3. set your pan to a low/medium heat and spray liberally with 1 cal cooking spray
add about 4-6 tablespoons of the batter (depending on your size of pan)
4. fry for about 1-2mins on first side, flip, then fry for about 10 secs or until you can comfortably move it around in the pan
5. repeat process for the remaining batter
