³ Description

² Ingredients

  •  4 oz, boneless, raw Salmon
  •  2 wedge or slice (1/8 of one 2-1/8" dia lemon) Lemon
  •  1 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  2 dash Black Pepper
  •  2 dash Salt
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

q Directions

Start off by preheating oven to 350.
Add coconut oil to a saute pan and get it nice and hot.
Season the flesh side (opposite of skin side) with salt, pepper and a little bit of garlic powder.
Place the seasoned side down on the pan and turn down to medium heat. Flip after 2-3 minutes, or until nice color has developed. As soon as you flip onto skin side, squeeze a lemon wedge over the top and leave in in the pan when you transfer to oven.
Cook for 8-10 minutes. Salmon is done when it flakes apart.
Enjoy over your favorite veggie with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice!
