These Chocolate & Peanut Butter protein balls rolled in crunchy pretzels make a great post workout snack!
Pulse oats in a blender until desired consistency is reached (I like mine a little crunchy). Combine all ingredients except milk and pretzels. Slowly add in milk until batter is thick. You don't want it to get runny or you won't be able to form them. Form batter into small balls. In a separate bowl crush the pretzels. Roll each ball into the cruched pretzels. You can either eat immediately or place in the fridge for an hour to harden them.
