Protein packed healthy gluten free muffins for breakfast, snacks and on the go.
3/4 cup vanilla whey
1 cup gluten free oat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup truvia
1 x 100g pot of apple puree
1 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup raisins
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Mix together the dry ingredients, add in the wet and pour the batter into a silicone muffin tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes until fully baked throughout. Leave to cool.
