² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1 rounded scoop) Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Natural 100% Whey - Vanilla
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup uncooked) Trader Joe's Rolled Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Great Value Raisins
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Nuts 'N More Peanut Butter
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
   

q Directions

1/2 cup vanilla whey
2 tbsp gluten free oats
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup raisins
3 tbsp Nuts N More pumpkin spice PB
1/4 cup almond milk

Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add in the wet and mix well. Press the mixture into silicone mini brownie pans and put in the freezer for 20 minutes. Cut into squares and keep stored in the fridge.
