Complete with a lemon protein glaze, a must make!
Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla whey
2 cups of oats ground into a flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp truvia
Zest of 1/2 lemon
1 x 100g pot of applesauce
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and add in the wet to form a batter. Pour the mixture into a silicone loaf pan and bake for 35-45 minutes.
Top with a lemon glaze once cool made of:
1 scoop vanilla whey
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp water
