² Ingredients

  •  1 tsp Baking Soda
  •  4 fl oz Coffee
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1 cup Egg White
  •  175 g Bananas
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 packet) Whole Foods Market Stevia
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Syntrax Nectar Latte Cappuccino Whey Protein Isolate
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Now Foods Whole Psyllium Husks
  •  14 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) LifeSource Foods Oat Fiber 500
   

q Directions

Gind whole psyllium husks into powder➡️Mix together dry ingredients (first 5) ➡️ Mash banana in separate bowl➡️ Add rest of the wet ingredients➡️ Mix together wet and dry➡️ Pour into a 9x13in pan➡️ Bake for 20-25min at 325F

*coffee should be really strong
