Allow me to repeat myself: clean, guilt-free, "Oreos" on rage. P.S. Gluten free. P.S. Delicious. Put me in a kitchen with a chocolate/sweet tooth craving and things like this happen

q Directions

1. Combine almond meal, cocoa powder, egg, applesauce, vanilla, honey, baking powder and chocolate protein powder. Plop into 14 Oreo sized cookies on a greased pan and bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

2. For the frosting blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, 1/2 tbsp of honey, vanilla casein protein and almond milk, when cookies are cooled, place frosting between the cookies.

3. Enjoy!
