Ok so maybe I threw my entire baking cabinet of flavors together, but THIS was love!
Preheat oven 350
Spray a loaf pan w cooking spray
Mix dry ingredients:
2 1/2 cups almond flour/meal
2 TB Ground flax meal
1 1/2 scoops Protein powder, I used Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Mix wet ingredients:
2 eggs
1 mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 TB unsweetened apple sauce
2 TB Coconut oil or ghee
1 dropper liquid stevia or 1-2 TB sweetener if choice
Mix wet into dry
Add 1/3 cup chocolate or cacao chips
Pour into loaf pan Bake for 15-20 min max
