Scrumptious strawberry coconutty postworkout/preworkout protein packed oat balls!
Recipe:
1/4 cup bob's red mill oat bran
1/2 cup bob's red mill oats
1 TB coconut butter or nut butter of choice (softened)
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 scoops coconut or vanilla whey protein
1 cup diced strawberries
2 packets stevia in the raw
1/2 tsp coconut emolsion or extract
Blend strawberries up in processor or mash by hand w fork
Mix in all of the dry ingredients
Place in the fridge to tighten up
Roll out into 15 equal size balls
Roll in unsweetened grated coconut
