These "cupcakes" are so simple and healthy that they are perfect as a breakfast, snack or dessert!
Protein PB Pumpkin "Cupcakes"

Ingredients:
Cupcakes
- 1 scoop Cinnamon Swirl About Time Whey (tryabouttime.com 25% off code: FANTASTICALLYFIT)
- 3 tablespoon liquid egg whites (1 egg white)
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- dash pumpkin pie spice
In a food process or blender mix all ingreidents together. Pour into 3 silicone cupcake liners. Microwave for approximately 1 minute.
PB " Frosting"
- 1/3 cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Flour
Optional: Honey or Stevia to taste.
Blend together the ingredients and place on top of the cupcakes
