Overnights oats are perfect for on the go! This delicious version is so sweet you don't need any added sugar!
Coconutty Pineapple Overnight Oats

1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup nf greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp coconut extract
Optional: Stevia
1/4 chopped Pineapple
Mix all ingredients together except the pineapple and put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning layer or mix in the chopped pineapple. Top with more pineapple and unsweetened coconut flakes.
