² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Whole Foods Market Nutritional Yeast
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 package) Sunrise Soya Foods Extra Firm Tofu
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's Whole Basil Leaves
  •  1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Bertolli Marinara Sauce

Tomato Basil Tofu Pizza Recipe

Serves 2 Makes about 20 pizza strips


1 Package Extra Firm Tofu

Fresh Basil (or Italian Seasoning)

Olive Oil

Marinara Sauce

Sriracha (optional)

Nutritional Yeast


Preheat oven to 425.

Rinse tofu and then squeeze excess water and dry tofu using a paper towel. Cut tofu into thin strips ~20. And place the tofu onto a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.

Put one basil leaf on each tofu strips (or season with Italian Seasoning). Then spray/drizzle with olive oil.

Spoon marinara sauce and nutritional yeast onto tofu strips. Then drizzle with sriracha.

Bake for about 30 minutes until tofu is nice and crispy!

NOTE: Eat Dairy? Use cheese instead!

NOTE: There is a ton of variety with these! I have put chicken sausage on them before and that is great too!

NOTE: Best served with a side. Last night I served it with parsnips and zucchini.
