No Sugar Added Vegan Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Ingredients:
- 14 oz Soft Tofu
- 15 oz Canned Pure Pumpkin
- 1 Ripe Banana
-1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Maple Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- OPTIONAL: Add Stevia, Maple Syrup, or Honey (if you want it sweeter)
Directions: Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy! Eat up! :)
NOTE: Eat just with a spoon, spread on apples, on toast etc!
