Simple flavorful and crunch chicken!
SESAME CHICKEN STRIPS
Recipe by: Amy Clevenger, Fit Fun and Fantastic
Serves 3-4 people
Ingredients:
- 3 4oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, sliced into strips
- Braggs Liquid Aminos (or Soy Sauce)
- Egg Whites
- Toasted Sesame Seeds (I got these in the spice aisle at the market)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Place sliced chicken breasts on a cookie sheet covered in tinfoil with nonstick spray. Drizzle Braggs Liquid Aminos on the chicken. Bake for 20 minutes.
Once cooked. Dip each piece in egg whites and sprinkle both side of chicken with toasted sesame seeds. Place the sesame seed covered chicken on a pan and cook each side for about 3-4 mins until crispy!
Serve with more Braggs Liquid Aminos for dipping!
