Easy, delicious, and low calorie squares!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/4c oat flour
1 tbsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
6 drops liquid vanilla stevia
1/4c plain nonfat greek yogurt
1/2 can pumpkin purée
3 tbsp egg whites
1/2 cup walnut pieces (optional)

Combine dry ingredients. Mix in wet ingredients. Stir gently to combine. (Add in walnut pieces, or nuts of your choice.) Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, depending on your oven. I melted 1 tbsp of coconut butter on top of mine.
Macros for 1 square (I made 8): F - 10.5, C - 8.2, P - 10.7. This is including the coconut butter I topped it with!
