Quick and easy clean 'pizza' to start your morning off right!
Breakfast pizza:
Recipe:
1/4c oat flour
2tbsp coconut flour
1/2c egg whites
1tsp cinnamon
Water to achieve consistency
Mix all ingredients. Add water until batter it just slightly more watery than pancake mix. Cook in a small greased frying pan on low-medium, flipping once. Be careful as it will be delicate.
"Sauce"
1/4c greek yogurt
Stevia to taste
Spread on base after cooking
Topping ideas: sautéed apples with cinnamon and walnuts, strawberries and raw cacao nibs, blueberries and goat cheese.
