Pumpkin Pie and Vanilla flavored protein-frozen-yogurt topped with unsweetened coconut flakes and raw pumpkin seeds.

Mix together yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, pumpkin, and spices thoroughly and freeze for 20-30 minutes...the longer you wait the more thick and frozen it will become!

Once frozen, remove and stir then top with coconut flakes and pumpkin seeds.
