Mini baked wraps shaped into ice cream cones, stuffed with Pumpkin Spice Pro-Froyo and topped with Homemade Marshmallow Fluff and Vegan Carob Chips.

q Directions

Cut wrap into 4 equal piece and shape into a cone. Use a toothpick to hold each one together and toast in a toaster oven for about a minute-minute and a half. Leave in and let cool. Once they cool they should harden and you can remove the toothpick. Set aside to use later.

Mix protein powder, yogurt, pumpkin, almond milk, and spices together in a bowl and put in freezer for 20 minutes (or longer if you have the patience!)

For Fluff, see my homemade marshmallow fluff recipe posted in my profile! You can also use pre-made fluff if you would like, I just prefer homemade.

After Pro-froyo has frozen, fill cones and then top with the fluff and sprinkle with Carob Chips!
