Cut one low carb tortilla in half (I use La Tortilla Factory brand). Roll each half up, securing each with a toothpick. Toast them at 375 F for 7-8 mins until they are lightly brown and hold their shape when you remove the toothpicks. Then, make the pumpkin spice cream by mixing the remaining ingredients. Fill your baked tortilla wraps with it.
I topped mine with excess pumpkin cream, sugar free chocolate, and some caramel pumpkin spice youfreshnaturals cashew butter.
