  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Millville Old Fashioned Oats
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - White Chocolate
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Yerba Prima Psyllium Whole Husks
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Publix Unsweetened Applesauce
  •  3 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) South Georgia Pecan Co. Pecan Halves
   

q Directions

Ingredients: 1/4C Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice Quick Bread, 1/2C Old Fashioned Oats, 3 scoops Whey of choice, 1t - Argo Baking Powder, 1/2t Baking Soda, 1/4C (4T) Phyllium Husks, 1 1/2C Applesauce, 1/2C (8T) Liquid Egg Whites, 1/4C Plain Greek Yogurt, 1/4C Chopped Pecans, Coconut Spray Oil.
Directions: Blend Oats into a flour then mix the rest of the dry ingredients. Transfer to a large bowl. Blend wet ingredients then mix with dry. Add chopped walnuts last. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
