³ Description

A warm baked chocolate-peanut butter questbar layered with sliced bananas and toasted mini-marshmallows and then topped with homemade CocoBanana Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt, more mini-marshmallows, and coconut flakes.

² Ingredients

  •  12 slice Banana
  •  0.4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Kraft Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Justin's Nut Butter Organic Peanut Butter - Classic
  •  0.2 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Let's Do Organic Unsweetened Organic Coconut Flakes
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar

q Directions

Using a rolling pin, roll out your Chocolate PB QuestBar until it is as then as you can get it and then cut it in half so that you have two "cookies".

Place these on a baking sheet that is lightly sprayed so that the QuestBar does not stick to the sheet. Bake for about 5 mins on 350F.

While this is baking, mix together your greek yogurt and your PBCrave CocoBanana Peanut Butter (ingredients list shows a different PB, but this is only because the one I used was not available) and then place in freezer to get nice and thick!

After the "cookies" have been in the oven 5 minutes, remove from oven and layer on your banana slices and marshmallows to cover the tops of each of your "cookies". Return into the oven and cook for another 3-5 minutes (until marshmallows are toasted).

Remove from oven and allow to cool for a minute or two, to the point where you can move and handle them without getting burned.

Place one "cookie" on top of the other. Top with your homemade PB Frozen Yogurt, a few more marshmallows, and the coconut flakes.
