The ultimate protein shake for peanut butter and cookie dough lovers!
1. Blend together everything (I used the Vanilla Recovery for the protein, but you can use any protein you like!) except the Quest bar. Also please note- you can use one tablespoon of vanilla cake mix or vanilla pudding mix. Add water in small increments as needed until the shake is nice and thick.
2. Chop your Quest bar into bite size pieces, then blend once more until the bar has slightly broken down.
3. Enjoy!
