² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1 slice) P28 High Protein Bread
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Wegmans 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) 365 Organic Rice Milk Vanilla
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) McCormick Cinnamon
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Breakstone's 2% Lowfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese
  •  0.3333 cup Raspberries
   

q Directions

1. Combine egg whites, rice milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and soak bread in mixture.
2. Coat each side with fresh garlic, poppy seeds, salt, and sesame seeds.
3. Place in a pan that has already been heated and cook through, flipping often.
4. While cooking, mix "stuffing" which is simply cottage cheese, raspberries, and a little cinnamon!
