These are a perfect snack, or have a few post-workout! They're so delicious taste just like cookie dough. Also, they're super easy to make!
1. mix everything together (except chocolate chips)
2. pop in food processor or blender (food processor is better because it's easier to scrape everything out after) until it's smooth (I added 1/4 cup of water twice because it wasn't moving)
3. pour back into bowl and fold in chocolate chips
4. Put in the freezer for a few minutes until it thickens
5. When it's ready roll the dough into balls and roll them in sprinkles or shredded (unsweetened) coconut! Or eat them as is ☺ï¸
