Red Velvet Cake Shake
-1 cup almond milk (or any other kind of milk)
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder (not necessary, but makes it thicker and protein packed!)
-1/2 frozen banana, ripe
-1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
-2 T cream cheese/cottage cheese
-2 T cocoa powder
-2 T devils food pudding mix
-1 tsp red velvet extract or vanilla extract
-agave, honey, or sugar to sweeten!
*Blend altogether!

Optional: Sprinkle with oats and crumbled up cake of choice
