I turned my favorite Red Velvet Cake into a healthy breakfast item.... in the form of a protein cheesecake bowl.

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Puree beets (you can also use 1 tsp beet powder if you can find it).
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or at least an hour).
In the morning, remove from fridge and stir again. If too thick, you may add more milk.
Enjoy!
