Fudgey, gooey goodness with a crunchy topping accent.

q Directions

In a bowl, mix 1 scoop red velvet whey protein (Cellucor brand), 3/4 cup granulated stevia, 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, 1/2 cup CocoCardio, 1/4 cup chocolate brownie coconut butter (Sweet Spreads brand), 3 whole eggs, and 1 TBSP vanilla extract. For the CocoCardio, you could sub with unsweetened cocoa if you haaaave to but CocoCardio gives it red velvet color and flavor. Once mixed, spray a 8×8 baking dish with nonstick spray and pour your batter in. Then chop and crumble 1 cocoa crunch Square Bar on top for da cocoa and da crunch. Bake at 350 F for 24-26 mins. Cool and slice into 9 pieces. Then enjoy!
