² Ingredients

  •  1 oz Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A)
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 slices) Bon Matin Whole Grain Bread
  •  1 oz Ricotta Cheese (Part Skim Milk)
  •  1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1 large Egg
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Fresh Gourmet Sliced Almonds Honey Roasted
  •  1 tbsp Honey
   

q Directions

1. Spread ricotta cheese on a slice of bread. \r\n2. Drizzle honey over the cheese and sprinkle with cinnamon, top with sliced almonds and the other slice of bread.\r\n 3. Whisk together the egg, milk and cinnamon.\r\n 4. Dip the bread into the mixture and cook over medium heat on a nonstick pan until bread is lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
