  •  4 date Date
  •  0.4 cup, halves Pecan Nuts
  •  3 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  •  1.25 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's Roasted & Salted Pistachios
  •  2.5 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Trader Joe's Raw Unsalted Creamy Almond Butter
  •  0.4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Whole Foods Market Unsweetened Dried Cranberries
  •  0.4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Arrowhead Mills Puffed Rice
  •  5 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Carrington Farms Coconut Oil
   

q Directions

1. In a saucepan melt the coconut oil.
2. Add the agave syrup & almond butter and stir, pull the pan from the hot plate.
3. Add the dates and cocoa and mix with a hand blender to a smooth paste.
4. Add the halft of the pistachios, half of the pecans, puffed rice & dried cranberries and stir.
5. Place the baking sheet in a mold and pour the mixture into the mold.
6. Garnish with the rest of the pistachios & pecans and a pinch of salt flakes.
7. Set in the fridge for a while until it solidifies.
