Quick and easy low calorie pre-workout meal! It came out much more delicious than I expected!

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Tyson Foods Canned Chicken Breast in Water
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
  •  1 tsp Onion Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Tostitos Medium Salsa
  •  1 serving (serving = 3/4 tsp) McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning
   

q Directions

Microwave sweet potato for about 5-6 minutes. Peel and eat skin. (delicious, should not be wasted). Mash sweet potato and mix with chicken.

Add in spices. I used onion powder and montreal chicken seasoning

Sear for a couple of minutes on each side in a saucepan.

top with salsa and mustard if desired!
