³ Description

I wanted to try and make something like those jelly-filled cookies you ate when you were a kid. Its clean and delicious :)

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Cookie part:
2 Tbsp. oats
2 Tbsp. coconut flour
2 Tbsp protein powder
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 egg

Filling:
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 packet gelatin
3 packets stevia

Mix all of the cookie ingredients together and press into a mini greased baking tin (leave a dip in the middle for the filling) Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 375

microwave raspberries until hot and add in gelatin and stevia. Mix together and pour into cookie.

Bake for an addition 20-25ish minutes

remove from oven and let cool. Or put in fridge to chill, eat it hot or cold!
